Welcome to We Import — a Karachi-based import store bringing useful, hard-to-find everyday products to homes across Pakistan. From kitchen tools to grooming devices and home care, we source items that are genuinely worth owning, and deliver them to your door with cash on delivery.

Our Mission

Good imported products usually reach Pakistan through long chains of middlemen, and by the time they hit the shelf the price has doubled. Our mission is to cut that chain short — import directly, keep our margin honest, and let ordinary households buy quality things at a fair price.

Who We Are

We Import runs out of an office in Central Plaza, Karachi, and ships nationwide. We are a small team: we pick the catalog ourselves, check stock before it goes out, call every customer to confirm their order, and answer support mail personally.

We do not list a product until we have used it or tested it. If something turns out to be poor quality, we drop it from the catalog rather than keep selling it.

Our Commitment

We would rather lose a sale than mislead you. Product photos are of the actual item, descriptions say what it does and what it does not do, and the price on the product page is the full price — delivery is free and nothing is added at checkout.

If a parcel arrives broken or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we replace it at our cost. That is the whole policy; there is no fine print designed to trap you.
